Study Psalm 27 with Caroline Isaacs

The beautiful Psalm 27 is traditionally read at the end of every service from Rosh Chodesh Elul till the end of Sukkot. Have you wondered why? Whether you already do this practice, hope to deepen your experience, are just now considering it or your curiosity has been piqued, you are invited to come and explore what this psalm might mean to you. We will look a little at the history of the practice, but mostly will discuss the words and images themselves. Please bring any and all versions and translations of the psalm that you have, or that you download off the web. You might want to have writing materials and art materials handy as well; we'll see where our explorations take us.
