Rabbi Naomi will lead Havdalah at 7:45 on Zoom, followed by a Selichot observance.
The last Saturday evening before Rosh HaShanah is traditionally at time for special prayers called selichot meaning forgiveness (in the plural.) We beseech the Source of Forgiveness to let forgiveness flow to us -- especially appropriate in this difficult time as we suffer the results of so many mistakes in governance and social priorities!  We will have some prayers, some chanting, and also a creative writing component.
