Learn to lighten your load without resorting to disengagement.
In this course you will discover and practice powerful tools to free yourself and others from old patterns and be the change you wish to see in the world. We’ll examine medical and psychological perspectives, plus insights from many cultures and faith traditions.
We will explore Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication model, helpful websites, plus mindfulness and forgiveness practices useful in your own life and in coping with the world’s assaults on your peace of mind. Cost is $60 for the series.
Rev. Molly Cate is a humanitarian educator in the OLLI HSU program and the spiritual leader of Unity Church of the Redwoods in Eureka, CA. She has a Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies from Holmes Institute School of Consciousness Studies in Santa Rosa, one in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and several certificates in Cross-Cultural Competence. She is passionate about bridging the barriers between people holding clashing belief systems.
