Join Rabbi Naomi for contemplative practices drawn from Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism 10th-15th centuries) and Chassidut (wisdom in the tradition of the Baal Shem Tov, 18th to 19th centuries.) We’ll study short inspiring teachings, sing/chant, meditate/contemplate, and share experiences. Knowledge of Hebrew helpful, but not required. Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome.
Time: 6 PM – 7:30 PM
Please be prompt. The building will be open at 5:30 for anyone who would like to use the kitchen or socialize.
